Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for any reason. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at retroenterprises.com@gmail.com or 84540 67465 with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item(s) being returned (if applicable)

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item(s). Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If the original payment method is no longer available (e.g. credit card expired), we will issue a store credit in the amount of the refund.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Items that are missing parts or accessories

Shipping

You are responsible for returning the item(s) to us at your own expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and secure delivery. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in their original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included. We reserve the right to refuse a return or partial refund if the item is damaged or shows signs of wear.

Warranty

We do not offer warranties on our vintage movie posters, gramaphones, and vinyl records. These items are sold “as-is” and are not guaranteed to be in working condition.
